Come wearing comfortable clothes, like what you'd wear to yoga. You'll rest on a massage table while I use gentle holds to listen to your body's tension patterns and encourage its natural rhythms. Some people drift into deep relaxation. Others feel subtle movements or releases. Sometimes old tensions you didn't even know you were carrying will start to fade.
