About My Journey
My own journey with CranioSacral Therapy began after a serious car accident as a teenager. I suffered a skull fracture and a traumatic brain injury, and the experience was transformative. CranioSacral Therapy made all the difference in my recovery, helping me regain not only physical stability but also a sense of peace and connection within. This therapy became a foundational part of my life, and I have continued to use it over the years for my emotional well-being through life’s ups and downs. That personal experience led me to share these benefits with others, and today, I feel honored to work with clients on their own healing journeys.
