I absolutely love the work I do. Facilitating better health for my clients is how I make my contribution to the world. In massage school I started saying to myself, “Saving the world, one massage at a time.” How much better would we all get along if we were less stressed and less starved for connection?

Each body is a home for an individual Soul on its unique journey. Bodywork is sacred work because it’s one way to help free the body from all the stress and pain that keeps us from being totally present and able to express our true selves.

In your journey back to your center, the truest expression of your self, your Soul, there are many tools and ways to help yourself. Whether the tools you use are meditation, prayer, yoga, singing, being in nature, being in water, dancing, counseling or body work, you get to be you on your way home.
